喀麦隆BESC的最新海关通告
Cameroon National Shippers' Council has sent the below notice regarding ECTN validations. We would remind all shippers that all ECTN should be submitted no later than two days prior to the arrival of the consignment in Cameroon.
自2022年期起，喀麦隆海关已针对BESC发布最新要求。所有喀麦隆BESC申请必须在船到港前2天完成办理。如出口商逾期未完成喀麦隆BESC证书的办理，将导致额外的海关罚金。收货人或者进口商必须先行前往喀麦隆目的港的海关办公室缴纳罚金，待海关核实无误后解锁系统，我司方可继续签发正本证书。
埃及ACI项目于2021年10月1日正式实施
Since October 1st 2021 electronic ACI is mandatory for all exporters to Egypt.
Advance Cargo Information (ACI) is a new customs system under which Egyptian importers are required to declare full information about goods shipped to Egypt at least 48 hours before actual shipping from exporting country.
The ACI system will be implemented in two phases:
The Pilot Phase started on 1st of April 2021 during which a limited set of importers will be using the system under the close supervision of the Ministry of Finance and Customs Authority.
The full implementation is targeted to start on the 1st of October 2021 where both of the importers and exporters are expected to comply with ACI requirements.
自 2021 年 10 月 1 日起，所有发往埃及的货物都强制要求办理ACI预申报。
货物进口预申报 (ACI) 是一种新的海关系统，根据该系统，埃及进口商必须在从出口国实际发货前至少 48 小时申报运往埃及的货物的完整信息。
ACI系统将分两个阶段实施：
试行阶段从2021 年 4 月 1 日开始，在此期间，有限的进出口商将在财政部和海关当局的密切监督下完成ACI申报。
全面实施的日期是从 2021 年 10 月 1 日开始，届时所有的进出口商都应及时完成 ACI 相关申报。
加纳CTN项目-暂停通告
SUSPENSION OF CARGO TRACKING (CTN)
GRA informs all importers and exporters that with deployment of the Integrated Customs Management System (ICUMS) the requirement of a Cargo Tracking Number (CTN) has been removed. The valuation and risk management tools are all embedded in the ICUMS.
Importers are therefore not required to obtain a CTN before importing goods into the country. （2021-1-10）
根据加纳税管局的最新要求，随着综合海关管理系统（ICUMS）的部署，货物跟踪单系统（CTN）的要求已经取消。海关核价和风险管控已转入ICUMS系统中。因此，进出口商在将货物进口到加纳之前无需再申请获得CTN号码。
关于安哥拉CNCA出号的最新流程
接安哥拉海关最新通知，安哥拉CNCA因系统更新，相关流程有以下最新调整：
CNCA号码将在证书批复后，对应生成，如急需CNCA NO.，必须先确认草本（注意：草本确认后任何信息均无法更改），待证书批复后方可生成并出CNCA号码。
关于加纳CTN办理的最新海关要求
The latest Customs' regulation for Ghana CTN program as from February 1st 2020
According to the Ghana's customs' latest regulation for the taxation requirements, the applicant must provide the real and effective application documents( invoice, packing list and customs document) for Ghana CTN application.
Otherwise, the CTN request will be rejected and the related CTN number could not be released. In addition, both of the exporter and importer may be listed in the blacklist of the customs' data base.
As from February 1st 2020, only the final export customs document download directly from CGA's online system could be accepted.
关于加纳CTN办理的最新海关要求
根据加纳海关最新的征税要求，申请人必须提供真实正确的申请资料（发票，箱单和报关单），如提交信息虚假的文件，将导致对应的申请无法获取跟踪单号码，甚至被加纳海关列入黑名单中而无法清关。
自2020年2月1日起，申请人必须提供显示完整且信息正确的海关出口货物报关单，该文件必须从海关网上申报系统中直接下载。
南苏丹ECTN于2019年4月1日起正式执行
Implementation of the ECTN in South Sudan as from April 1st 2019
For all shipments to and from South Sudan (transit cargo included), the shipper or his forwarder is required to apply an ECTN in the port of loading and submit for validation.
Each Bill of Lading must be covered by at least one ECTN and its unique number needs to be inserted in the Bill of Lading and Cargo Manifest under penalty of fines for the shipping line.
Cargoes arriving without a valid ECTN will be blocked for delivery by the local customs in South Sudan.
南苏丹ECTN项目于2019年4月1日起正式执行
自2019年4月1日起，所有运往南苏丹国家的海运货物（包括转运），发货人或者船运代理人都必须在起运港申请办理对应的ECTN清关证书。
船运提单上必须显示对应的ECTN号码，否则货物到港后，将面临目的港海关的高额罚金处罚。
未能提前按时办理ECTN证书的货物，将无法在目的港顺利清关。
